Got here for the first time. I'm really happy with the food. I got the build your own with curly fries. The burger was well charred and cooked. Fries were great as well. The location is also great with nice music and great ambiance. There seems to be an outdoors section but was rainy and could not sit outside. The service was ok. Will come again.

Wow! The burgers are juicy, seasoned and cooked well. I was pleasantly surprised! The veggies on the burger were fresh and cheese nice and melted. Fries taste fresh and are nicely seasoned too: like a Boardwalk fry style. Freshly sliced! Hot dog is HUGE - my daughter only ate half! We will definitely be back to try wings and tots!

Oh man, definitely one of the top burgers or maybe the top burgers in the DMV. This place is well lit and clean. Customer service is on point and useful when asked about the different items. Burger Shack is THE BEST burger joint in Ashburn - not even close. Hand made burgers, super fresh, tons of toppings...incredible. My family and I have been coming here for years and will continue to eat there forever. The owner, Eddie, is a great man. Always there, always engaging with his customers. Soft spoken, and prioritizes customer service. If there were an option for more than 5 stars I would have made that my selection!

The burger was thick, juicy and well seasoned. Their tomatoes were snappy and fresh not grainy and soggy. The buns were high quality and the right size for the patty. They even ask you how you want your patty cooked. The loaded tots were great and they give you big portions at a reasonable price and the milkshake was creamy and thick. This meal was so full filling I had to pull over and take a nap while driving home. 10/10

Great food, just not many people that dine in it seems. Both times I’ve been it’s been empty. Most people order and pick up the food. Tastes fantastic though - can’t complain too much!

If you are looking for an amazing burger that is cooked to order, then this is the burger joint for you. I have been to this restaurant many times and never had an issue. I always get the Ring of Fire Burger. If you enjoy hot/spicy, then give it a try. French fries always come out hot and fresh. Bathrooms were clean, and the paintings on the front of the doors were cool. Would highly recommend this burger restaurant to anyone that is in the mood for a great burger.
